Virtual Knock

Project Overview

Virtual Knock was a new initiative created by an Australian who was keen on offering a service where people could approach home owners privately to offer to purchase their home. It needed to have all the bells and whistles of the top ranking home buying websites we are familiar whilst standing out in the crowd.

The Challenges

Key challenges here started with limited direction from our clients. They came to us with a raw idea and we spent the time benchmarking against the competition to ensure we weren’t re-inventing the wheel. Following this it was important to ensure we where offering the users features that rendered useful on multiple devices, especially mobile.

The Solution

We where over the moon on where we ended up with the UX concept. We focused efforts on creating unique offering for the homepage, product landing page and search whilst ensuring we kept the heart of searching gor homes in tact. Mobile does its job in translating desktop tasks and we’re confident it will work very efficiently once designs are built.
